Celebrating the power of and raising awareness for international exchange programs can take many different forms! If you are unsure where to start, we first encourage you to identify the different exchange communities in your life. Examples include:

• Your team at work

• Current program participants

• Program alumni

• Friends you've made from your own exchange or study abroad experience

• Champions of exchange in your community such as elected officials, host families, and local businesses

Once you've identified a community or communities you want to engage, decide how you want to celebrate. This could include coming together for a meal to talk about exchange programs or going to a cultural event in your community; the options are endless!
