International exchange programs provide unique opportunities for Americans to experience the world and develop critical skills. The Congressional International Exchanges Caucus is the platform for Members of Congress to:
Hear directly from constituents about the impact of U.S. international exchange programs on their states and districts.
Examine the results of exchange programs around the world and how they benefit both host countries and U.S. national security.
Collaborate on international exchange legislation and appropriations to ensure the long-term sustainability and success of these programs.
Provide exclusive updates, briefings, and engagements to bring together lawmakers, State Department, implementers, and alumni.
