Registration for the 2010 Membership Meeting is now available! Register and reserve your spot for two days of intensive engagement with ECA intended to reinvigorate our partnership across the broad range of our shared activities and interests.

Registration for the 2010 Membership Meeting is closed.  

A schedule for the meeting, to take place October 5-6 in Washington at the Dupont Hotel, is also available online. You'll note that the meeting will kick off on Oct. 5 at 12:00 noon with a luncheon featuring Assistant Secretary Ann Stock, and will conclude before lunch on Oct. 6. In the afternoon following the conclusion of the Alliance meeting, the Department of State will hold a Summer Work/Travel meeting, also at the Dupont Hotel. While more details on this meeting will be forthcoming directly from the Department, please make your travel plans accordingly if you wish to attend.

[Update: 9/7/10] The cut-off date to book a room at the Dupont Hotel at the Alliance meeting rate of $299 has passed; if you are still in need of a hotel room, however, please call the hotel at 866-534-6835, or 202-483-6000, and mention that you are a participant in the Alliance Membership Meeting. The hotel will do its best to provide you with the best available rate.
