The final rule on the trainee and intern categories appears in today's Federal Register, available here.

Some key elements of the final rule: elimination of Dun & Bradstreet requirements; modification of regulatory language re: telephone interviews; no changes in current eligibility criteria, and no change of duration for agricultural training programs; no change in language concerning site visits for certain new host employers; and language permitting multiple programs by individuals meeting specified conditions.
