Rep. Bill Thomas (R-CA), together with 28 of his colleagues, introduced a Concurrent Resolution yesterday in the House of Representatives recognizing the accomplishments of the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL), and commemorating the 40th anniversary of the organization.
