The Alliance will hold its 2010 Membership Meeting in Washington, DC, October 5-6. The primary venue for the meeting will be the DuPont Hotel, located right in DuPont Circle at 1500 New Hampshire Avenue, NW.

Rooms at the hotel will be available for Alliance members at the discounted rate of $299 on the nights of October 4, 5, and 6. Members can reserve by calling the hotel at 866-534-6835, or 202-483-6000. To get the discounted rate, please mention that you will participate in the Alliance meeting. Rooms will be available at this rate until our block is filled, but no later than September 7.

The meeting will begin with a lunch on October 5. There will also be a reception on the evening of October 5 at the Embassy of Australia, just a few blocks from the hotel. The meeting will conclude at noon on October 6. Like the 2009 Members Meeting, the agenda will include speakers, meetings of Alliance task forces, and a brief business meeting. Also like last year, we will charge a program fee to cover the costs of the event.
