The Alliance is pleased to welcome Nick Pena, an intern from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Nick will be with the Alliance through May as part of a Washington semester program, and will work on Advocacy Day preparations as well as other projects. Nick is a sophomore majoring in theater, and has participated in a Southwestern program in Bulgaria. A Houston native, Nick won one of Southwestern’s prestigious Brown Scholarships, an award that covers all expenses for a four-year bachelors program.
